Thanks for the update on regs. I would recommend, however, changing the URL that is displayed from "http://www.ncwildlife.org/news_stories/Artificial%20Lure%20Natural%20Bait%20Striped%20Bass%20regs%20explanation.pdf" to something like, "New NC Regs".
